Mount Arthur Coal Mine Site currently has a vacant role for a Supervisor Paramedic & Emergency Response. The Manager HSE is looking for a person who can support and guide this team. Having knowledge or experience in a health setting would be beneficial however what is important in this role is your supervisory experience and leadership capability.
You will be responsible for managing a very experienced team which includes Paramedics, Emergency Services Officers, and Site Access & Security Specialists.
You will work as part of a team, being enthusiastic, passionate and keen to make a difference in the health and safety of others as well as driving the right behaviours through leading by example.

Skills and Other Qualifications
Previously or currently, you have led teams in a Supervisory capacity or as a Step Up Supervisor and you enjoy leading teams.
You will be committed to making a positive difference in the health and safety of others, enjoy supporting your team and comfortable undertaking a range of activities in your day. You will be able to work well as part of a team, are a good communicator, and have the ability to work autonomously.
